Retreat Refund and Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to hold your place in the Retreat.

8 Day Retreat registration deposit is 500 euros

6 Day Retreat registration deposit is 400 euros

· If you cancel before July 24, 2014, you will receive a full refund.

· If you cancel for any reason after July 24, 2014, and before October 1, 2014, you will receive a full refund, minus the amount of the deposit required for registration. Example: 8 day registration deposit of 500 euros will not be refunded; 6 day registration of 400 euros will not be refunded.

· If you cancel after October 1, 2014 and before 72 hours before October 24, 2014, you will receive a credit for a future retreat up to the amount paid for the October 24, 2014 Retreat

· If you cancel less than 72 hours before October 24, 2014, you will not receive a refund or any future credit.

It is suggested that you register as far in advance as possible. This Retreat is limited to 15 participants. If the class is full, we will be happy to put you on a list to notify you for a future Retreat or to contact you if there is a cancellation.

We do our best to avoid canceling the Retreat. If the required number of participants fails register by July 24, 2014, we will notify you by July 31, 2014 and give you a refund. If we are forced to cancel the Retreat for any reason, we will refund your money in full.
