The Elbow is one of the most versatile massage tools available. Almost every soft tissue of the human anatomy can benefit from the proper application of elbow. Many therapists shy away from using the elbow because they feel they cannot assess tone of the underlying tissue. Sensitive palpation with the elbow doesn't come from the elbow. It is the dan tien, our energy center, that provides us with the feedback we need to assess the tissue under the elbow.

In this course we will discuss ways to assess the tonal qualities of soft tissue without using our fingers or thumbs. You will be presented with 111 different elbow techniques, their numeric code for easy name convention, plus when and where to use each technique for the best results.
